NDSL WINS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS AT DOUNREAY

In June 2007, UKAEA at Dounreay introduced a suite of new Framework Agreements to facilitate the letting of contracts for much of the remaining decommissioning work. NDSL was proud to be rated top bidder out of over forty competing companies, and to be awarded all of the Framework Agreements for which it had bid. These are:

• Professional Services -
  • Design & Engineering (Ventilation and Remote Operations)
  • Technical Support (Seconded Personnel)
  • Decommissioning and Strategic Studies and Business Support
• Supply of Decommissioning Operatives

In the three months following the award of the Framework Agreements, over three quarters of a million pounds of orders were won.
